Default Should I hoarde my sweets and party items?

Not that I want someone fired/quitting just so I can max my titles, but...

Should I hoarde my sweets and party items [and random collector items used in Gaile's event, including a stack of demonic remains] for a possibly nonexistant double-point weekend event or just use them all?

A) There is no sign Regina's going anywhere.

B) Regina's interaction style is so totally different than Gaile's that I cannot imagine such an event.

Wow. I totally thought something had happened and was already planning stuff like "well with people's attitude concerning the CR, no wonder why." I'm not disappointed but still, thread does totally not match with title...

Got scared for nothing IMO... but way to get attention?

On-topic: I'd be tempted to keep them in-case there's a double point event, but I dunno the probabilities of one. I'd actually end up using them.

C) They have a double point weekend unrelated to the career plans of ANET employees.

Thread renamed and kicked to the right section; Riverside isn't generally the place to ask for advice.

I very much doubt a second occurrence of any event like Gaile's Farewell, although weekends granting double points for such items would be kinda nice.

Hoarding probably won't do you any good.

I'd hoard them.. nothing better than getting RSI from clicking 5,000 items in one go ^.^

I've been hoarding alcohol and sweets for over 8 months now, hoping there would come a Double X weekend. Then, in a moment of weakness, I used up all of my sweets.

It felt good.

Save them for a rainy day. You just never know.

I do, but not because of a 'double point weekend' possibility. I keep them because I don't know which character to give them too. I have lots of characters and I play them pretty equally. I can't seem to favor anyone. I don't even know which account will go on to GWs2 yet.

Well I am going to get my sweets at Halloween. I am saving and buying charr carvings like a mad man. I am going to sell mine when I get them. However, if you have 40 stacks of Party animal sell 20 stacks and buy 20 stacks of ale and wait for the weekend. Might as well get 2 titles for the price of one.

You should Horde everything. Ya never know, they might have a double points for identifying gold items weekend, or a double-your-gold for white items at the merchant weekend. And don't do any quests, because they might do a double XP for quests weekend.
And don't buy any campaigns - you guessed it - half price sale weekend.

/sarcasm

I always sell mine...

To my wife. (I give her lots as well, don't get pissy!)

Then again, I don't really have a particular want or need to get either the Drunkard or Sweet Tooth title tracks.

I've made more cash off of selling her in-game alcohol and sweets than I make in a year at my IRL job, lol.
